I love this BoF Giles Deacon interview and how he is responding so simply and honestly.
It is so much easier to relate to and be inspired by someone who accepts that he/she has had periods of confusion, self-doubt and poor performance, as compared to some "Diva designer" who claims to have been "born this way" .
Every intelligent person knows that success is part hard work & talent and part luck , why pretend otherwise?
